Return and Refund Policy

At VersFitUk, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • The item(s) must have all original tags, labels.
  • The item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at versafitsales@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  4. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s). We will process the return and issue a refund once we receive the original item(s).

7. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at versafitsales@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
