At Versa, we believe in more than just high-quality, versatile clothing. We believe in communitY and identity.

That’s why we’ve launched our Kits with Purpose initiative — a scheme where a portion of every sale goes directly toward providing PE kits for children in local schools across Bolton and, in time, Blackpool.

Why it matters

Having worked in both primary and secondary schools in some of the most deprived areas, we’ve seen the reality first-hand:

• Children turning up to do PE in school in uniform that’s too small or worn out/needed for tomorrow.
• Kids arriving to PE in clothing that doesn't reflect their school’s identity — mismatched kits, borrowed items, or sometimes nothing suitable at all.

It’s more than just clothing. A proper PE kit creates a sense of togetherness, belonging, and pride. Back when I was at school, we all wore the same top, shorts, and pumps. It felt like we were part of something — whether we were playing sport or representing the school.

Every child deserves that same feeling.

What we’re doing

For every Versa purchase, a portion of the sale will go toward buying school PE kits for children who need them.

We’re starting in Bolton, where our roots and community ties run deep, and we aim to expand the initiative to Blackpool, another area where many children face similar challenges.

This is just the beginning. Our goal is simple:

Empower kids to feel confident, included, and ready to move.
